Return Policy

3-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, go to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return'.
Eligible Items
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Submit a return request through your account. Our team will review the request within 24 hours and contact you to arrange pick-up (within our delivery zone).
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, and products returned after the 3-day window are not eligible.
