Returns Available
You may request a return for an eligible delivered order. To initiate a return, go to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return'.
Eligible Items
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Submit a return request through your account. Our team will review the request within 24 hours and contact you to arrange pick-up (within our delivery zone).
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse and items without original packaging may not be eligible. Our team will review each request and confirm the next steps.
